Our cards have a high level of trust and are compatible with almost all advertising services. We actively fighting with fraudulent actions that undermine trust in our cards.
Users who violate the company's policy may be baned.

Go to "Cards" section. Select the card you want to block. Click the "Block" button and press Confirm.

When the card is issued, you will be asked to add an option for an automatic replenishment of the card. If you did not use this function and wish to do it later, you need to open "Cards" section, select the card you need and click "Auto-top-up". Enter the required amount and click "Save".

In this case, your card will be blocked without further possibility to unblock it. For your convenience, use the "auto-top-up" option.

The card costs between $2 and $4 per month.
The service also charges a card top-up fee of 3-6,7% depending on your Grade.

Navigate to the "Cards" section, click "Issue a card," select your desired BIN, click "Buy," enter the deposit amount, agree to the terms, and click "Issue a new card".

You can view the history of transactions in the "Transaction history" section. To do that go to the "Cards" section, select the necessary card by clicking on the icon and you will find the transaction history.

Yes, it is possible. The service charges a commission of 5% of the withdrawal amount. Please note that the minimum withdrawal amount is $100.
You can withdraw your deposit within 30 days from the date of deposit.

There is no fee for withdrawing funds from a card to your Main Account. It takes up to 30 days for funds to be transferred from your card to your account balance.

Select the "Your Accounts" or "Dashboard" tab in the left menu, then the "Top Up" section. Enter the top-up amount (at least $50). Select the top-up method. Complete the transfer.

What card transactions are prohibited?

Please note that the use of the e.PN service is strictly prohibited for the following transactions:
- Transferring funds to accounts of legal entities registered in sanctioned countries prohibited by the bank's policy;
- Transfering funds to cards of other banks and services;
- Purchasing cryptocurrency;
- Topping up payment system accounts, brokerage accounts, and foreign exchange accounts;
- Paying for gambling/betting and dating services.

If you violate the rules, your account will be blocked without the right to a refund.

A minimum deposit amount for the personal account replenishment is $50.00.
When issuing a card, the minimum deposit amount is $1.00.
